I added geotags for all locations. You will now see a map with markers of all locations avaailble at Berneroberland.be when you go to 'Regions', 'Huts' and every individual destination.

First results summer-visits at site

I was in Switzerland in July for two weeks. Together with my daughter Rosa (15 years) I made three trips. The last trip was together with 3 other friends:

- Stechelberg -> Obersteingletscher -> Oberhornsee -> Schmadrihuette -> Rotstockhuette -> Schilthorn -> Schilthornhuette -> The Alpenhof (Stechelberg)

Two new huts and great reflections in Burgseeli

Between June 30th and July 3rd I visited the Berner Oberland again. It was great.

I visited two new huts: Dossenhuette and Gaulihuette. I also went to the Burgseeli above Bussalp.

Berghotel Schynige Platte renewed

Between May 27th and June 4th I've been in the Oberland again. We visited the renewed Berghotel/restaurant Schynige Platte. It was renewed and the result is great: Clik here

More than 45.000 vistors since September 2004

29 juni 2011 - more than 45.000 visitors enjoyed Berneroberland.be since September 2004.

I hope that the site will become even more attractive in future.

Tour agenda 2011 added

Also in 2011 Coen van Walbeek organizes workshops 'Mountain and Landscape' photography.

When the workshop do not have enough participants, Coen still takes the opportunity to go the Switzerland for hiking, climbing, klettersteig and photography.
You can join the Open 'hike and enjoy the mountains' weekend.

Visit in July was great

I was in BO last weekend (july) again. It was great to be at the Tällihütte, Tälli klettersteig and Tierberglihütte. We went to the Gelmersee and Gelmerhütte. Super.
